Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and professionally.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment in accordance with company standards.
Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, business applications, and connectivity.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
Document support activities, solutions, and best practices to enhance the knowledge base and improve future response times.
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Support the implementation of IT policies, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
Conduct routine system checks, backups, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools, security awareness, and best practices.
