Risk Management Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses specific to chemical processes and storage. Implement preventive measures to minimize accidents, incidents, and environmental impact. Training & Awareness Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors. Promote a strong safety culture through continuous education and awareness campaigns. Incident Management Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents. Prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive action plans. Emergency Preparedness Develop and maintain emergency response plans for chemical spills, fires, and other hazards. Coordinate drills and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and teams. Environmental Stewardship Monitor emissions, waste management, and resource consumption. Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental footprint. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports. Provide regular updates to senior management on HSE performance indicators.
