Network Administration:
Perform Switches port assignment and security
Perform Mac Address Mapping and create plans
Configure DHCP pool, backup files, STP, VTP, trunk, syslog logging and ensure accuracy and completeness of configuration
Detect and prevent DHCP snooping
Investigate and troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure prevention of recurrence
Approve web access according to staff job requirements and control user application access
Check mail spool and logs and configure VPN access, IPsec tunnel & clientless access
Force user authentication and submit drills & Downtime reports
Manage MDF data center and check it in a regular basis
Manage IDF and Wi-Fi and check them in a regular basis
PACS System Monitoring:
Create users and groups
Configure roles, peer review and hanging protocols
Perform users report templates mapping and add display filters
Set integration parameters, medical monitors and handle integration issues
Add Di com nodes and printers
Support remote doctors and resolve study errors
Perform any other duties assigned to the system engineer or request by IT Manager to cover the shortages or overload
Comply with the hospital general policies and instructions
Comply with Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Punctuality Systems
Perform other requested task by IT Manager and cover the shortage and overloaded areas
