Senior Copywriter & Social Media Specialist
We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter & Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our content presence across platforms and digital touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from ideation to publishing to performance analysis.
You will be responsible for shaping how the brand communicates, grows, and converts its audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly content strategies aligned with business and growth goals
Translate high-level ideas into structured content calendars and campaigns
Identify content opportunities across social media and website
Copywriting & Content Creation
Write high-quality bilingual (Arabic & English) content across formats:
Social media posts and captions
Carousels and short-form video scripts
Website content (landing pages, service pages, blog articles)
Case studies, proposals, and marketing materials
Adapt tone and messaging depending on platform, funnel stage, and audience
Website & Conversion Copy
Write and optimize website content with a focus on clarity, structure, and conversion
Collaborate on landing pages and key user journeys (CTAs, messaging hierarchy, value propositions)
Ensure consistency between website messaging and social media communication
Social Media Management
Manage and grow accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok/YouTube
Ensure content is platform-native (not duplicated blindly across channels)
Maintain consistency in brand voice and publishing cadence
Execution & Production
Collaborate with designers when needed, but also independently produce simple assets using tools like Canva/CapCut
Take content from idea → draft → publish without bottlenecks
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor content and website performance using platform insights and basic analytics
Produce weekly reports with clear takeaways (what worked, what didn’t, what to change)
Continuously iterate on both social and website content based on data
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to align messaging
Contribute ideas proactively, not just execute briefs

Improved website clarity and conversion performance
Strong, recognizable, and consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
Ability to independently run content across social and web with minimal supervision
