Define FF&E methodologies, workflows, and technical standards.
Review designs, specifications, and operator brand requirements.
Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, and technical submissions.
Identify technical risks and execution challenges early.
Act as technical representative with owners, consultants, and operator.
Support bidding, pricing assumptions, and pre-contract planning.
Build and manage FF&E vendor & supplier database.
Strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
