We are looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Maintenance professional to lead and manage the maintenance team within an industrial production environment. The role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency across all plant machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial maintenance, preventive systems, and breakdown analysis within manufacturing or production facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of production machinery and equipment Supervise maintenance activities for hydraulic and pneumatic systems Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA) Prepare and review maintenance reports, KPIs, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and disruptions Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget effectively Develop and continuously improve maintenance strategies, systems, and procedures
