Operate, monitor, and maintain FMCG utilities systems, including HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, boilers, steam, purified water, and WFI systems. Ensure utilities equipment operates efficiently with optimum consumption and lowest waste. Ensure utilities equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with GMP standards and safety regulations. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of utilities equipment. Support utility system validation, calibration, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed. Participate in audits and provide technical support during inspections.
