Function:
Provide functional and technical support for SAP MM processes including:
Procurement
Inventory Management
Material Master
Vendor Master
Purchase Requisitions (PR)
Purchase Orders (PO)
Goods Receipt (GR)
Invoice Verification (IV)
Service Procurement
Subcontracting
Consignment
Stock Transfers
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions and functional specifications.
Configure and maintain SAP MM organizational structures, master data, and purchasing processes.
Support end-users by troubleshooting SAP MM issues and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to optimize procurement and inventory processes.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP developers.
Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals and process documentation.
Monitor and improve integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules including:
SAP FI
SAP SD
SAP PP
SAP PM
SAP WM/EWM
Support release strategies, approval workflows, and purchasing controls.
Assist in data migration activities and master data governance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and SAP best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation.
