We're hiring a Sales Representative to join our on-site showroom team.
This is not a cold-floor role. Every client you speak to has already been pre-qualified by our Receptionist and handed over to you ready to engage. Your job is to present, build conviction, and close — within a structured, well-supported environment.
What you'll do:
Receive pre-qualified walk-in and inbound leads and take full ownership through to close
Present our EV and hybrid lineup with confidence, highlighting range, performance, and total cost of ownership
Guide clients through financing, insurance, and warranty options in coordination with our F&I team
Stay sharp on daily pricing (updated every morning via WhatsApp) — no quote leaves the floor without checking it
Stay active and responsive on all assigned WhatsApp groups — this is how the team communicates, prices are shared, and decisions move fast
Log all activity and update deal stages in CRM in real time
