Lead commercial and contract activities across projects and business operations.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
Analyze commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, variations, and claims.
Support tendering, bidding, pricing, and proposal preparation processes.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Operations.
Handle commercial correspondence and maintain proper contractual documentation.
Review payment terms, invoices, cost variations, and financial implications of contracts.
Support dispute resolution, claims management, and contract negotiations.
Prepare reports, commercial analysis, and contract status updates for management.
