A leading holding group is seeking an experienced Strategy & Performance Manager to lead corporate strategic planning and performance management across the holding company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group objectives, operational excellence, governance effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute long-term and mid-term strategic plans across the group and its subsidiaries
• Ensure strategic alignment between subsidiary business plans and overall group direction
• Conduct internal and external strategic analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks
• Design and implement an integrated corporate performance management system and KPI framework
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance across subsidiaries and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare executive dashboards, strategic reports, and Board-level presentations
• Oversee governance implementation, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, PMO, and operational departments to ensure strategic integration
• Lead and develop the Strategy & Performance team to achieve high performance standards
• Support business transformation, innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and expansion opportunities
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for growth
