This role is responsible for implementing the procurement process for the necessary materials, products, and services required during project initiation, planning, and execution. Responsibilities include:
Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
Searching the local market for new suppliers and subcontractors.
Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
Conducting price analyses and selecting the most appropriate alternatives.
Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
Evaluating suppliers and negotiating the best possible prices
