- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Maintain accurate supplier, item, and pricing data in D365
- Track order confirmations and deliveries through D365
- Support product receipt, invoice matching, and PO closure
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval limits
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Maintain procurement documentation for audit purposes
