Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical - International experience in the design of building services for commercial residential hospitality retail and mixed-use developments. - Strong proficiency in Mechanical systems design ensuring compliance with local national and international standards. - Ability to conduct in-house design reviews evaluate constructability issues and coordinate effectively with other design disciplines to ensure integrated and practical solutions. - Demonstrated capability to assess the integrity of mechanical designs with respect to completeness feasibility and technical accuracy. - Knowledge of the latest UAE Fire and Life Safety Code as well as relevant international codes and standards (ASHRAE NFPA ISO etc.). - Membership in a recognized professional institution preferably holding Chartered Engineer status. - Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers in design practices ensuring quality consistency and adherence to technical standards.
