Responsible for the medical and employee the insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider Payroll Management: Assist in generating payroll-related reports and other HR-related documentation as required. HRIS: Help and complete the overall structure of HRIS information system planning and the required processes and forms of the design for the information systems architects and programmers to provide standardized processes and forms to assist the HR process. Implementation of the human resources management system manual, work and management processes provided by the group company, the standard format of the form, laid the foundation for human resources information Employees Relations: Responsible for guiding the employee relationship management work process. Recordkeeping: Maintain confidential employee records and ensure proper filing and organization of documents.
