Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Assist senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings
Handle confidential information with discretion
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
Administrative Management
Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
Coordinate office supplies and procurement
Support HR and operation Manager with onboarding and staff coordination
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and internal communication
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between management, employees, vendors, and clients
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Follow up with vendors and clients regarding orders, contracts, and delivery
Track and monitor employee tasks to ensure deadlines and performance standards are met
Support smooth workflow across departments
