Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Supervisor to oversee and manage our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the payroll team and daily payroll operations
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
Review payroll reports, including wages, taxes, and deductions
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations
Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for employee data updates
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
Monitor payroll systems and recommend improvements
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information
