We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling personnel operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage and update employee records and personnel files
Handle hiring documents (contracts, Form 1, Form 2, Form 6)
Follow up on probation periods and employee confirmations
Manage attendance, leaves, and overtime records
Prepare social insurance documents and follow up with authorities
Assist in payroll preparation and salary adjustments
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
