Draft, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions and organizational charts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision and operational requirements.
Conduct continuous research and analysis of KSA market trends, salary surveys, and job grading frameworks to ensure competitive and equitable organizational structures.
Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management systems, including KPI development, tracking, and reporting.
Drive digital transformation initiatives within HR and OD functions, including automation of processes and adoption of HRMS systems.
Run organizational surveys and analyze the data to spot gaps in capabilities, workflow, or span of control.
Work closely with the L&D team to translate your OD findings into structured learning and succession plans.
Keep our structures and policies aligned with KSA labor laws, Saudization requirements, and cultural nuances.
