Assess incoming resumes (receive applicants mails and screen CVs to select the suitable candidates).
Maintain the candidates’ database (Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases and Active use of recruitment tools).
scheduling and conducting phone& face to face interviews
Handle the orientation of new employees and answer their questions & inquiries.
Ensure that the recruitment & Selection services meet the organization’s strategic within its SLA & required quality.
Follow up the hiring documents with accepted applicants.
Updates statistical data to assist in recruitment reporting (accepted numbers, accepted ratios, shortage ratios, etc.)
