Job Title: Site Architect – Fit-Out Projects Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Site Architect to join our team and manage the on-site execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and site experience, good knowledge of drawings and finishing works, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the technical office to ensure high-quality execution according to design, specifications, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule Coordinate with the design team, technical office, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives Review shop drawings and material submittals before and during execution Monitor site progress and report updates to management regularly Check quality of works and ensure proper finishing standards are achieved Identify site issues and propose practical solutions quickly Follow up on materials delivery and site requirements to avoid delays Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists Ensure health and safety procedures are followed on site Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors when required Support handing over projects and closing snags within deadlines
