Key Responsibilities:
Strategize & Lead: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with our educational mission and organizational goals.
Recruitment of administrative & academic Staff ( Professors - Assistants ) :Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both administrative and academic roles to ensure the attraction and selection of high-caliber talent aligned with the institution’s standards and culture
Foster Positive Relations: Champion a supportive and engaging work environment through effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to local labor laws and regulations, developing robust HR policies and procedures.
Drive Development: Spearhead organizational development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits Mastery: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain exceptional educators and staff.
HRIS Oversight: Leverage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to optimize HR processes and data management.
Skills & Technologies:
You will utilize your expertise across a broad spectrum of HR domains, including Human Resources (HR) best practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and extensive Educational Institutions Experience. Your toolkit will also include expertise in HR Strategy, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Labor Law Compliance, Organizational Development, Leadership, Communication, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and Compensation & Benefits.
