Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical systems using Revit. Integrate mechanical designs into overall building models. Ensure compliance with local and international standards and codes. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts. Generate accurate drawings, schematics, and reports. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical support and expertise related to mechanical BIM modeling. Assist in the preparation of project presentations and visualizations. Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and standards. Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
