Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Prepare and review mechanical designs, Shop drawings, and specifications for projects.
Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Perform technical calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs for mechanical works.
Good knowledge of international codes, especially Saudi Building Code
Experience in construction projects
Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings
