If you enjoy teamwork, learning, and doing quality work, you will feel at home with us.   Why You’ll Enjoy Working at Eracore  Competitive hourly pay Fully remote work Health insurance Learning platforms for professional growth Sports & Fitness Benefit Supportive leadership and mentorship   Your Role   Perform hands-on VDC and Electrical BIM production, including modeling, coordination, shop drawings, and prefabrication deliverables.  Ensure all work complies with design intent, NEC codes, and client requirements.  Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.  Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues and support the development of coordination-ready drawings.  Manage tasks, project schedules, and internal deadlines effectively.  Participate in client coordination meetings to align design intent, standards, and technical requirements.  Support RFIs and technical clarifications as required.  Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior and mid-level engineers.  Maintain strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Evolve, and other required VDC tools.
