Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Create, conduct and monitor the annual and quarter employees' performance evaluation.
Establish and implement KPI's evaluate performance across departments.
Align KPI's with strategic goals and business objectives.
Prepare performance reports based on KPI's results and insight.
Design, develop, and maintain organizational structure in alignment with company objectives.
Review and update organizational charts to ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and reporting line
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications to ensure applicants’ qualifications meet the job requirements.
Develop company policies and procedures to have an internal control system.
Responsible for orientation and onboarding process
Utilize your expertise in HR practices to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
