E-Commerce Channel Manager – FMCG (Supplements) | Cairo

We are seeking a high-performing E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead our digital expansion in Egypt. This is a unique opportunity to shape our online presence, scale revenue, and drive digital transformation across leading e-commerce platforms.
Overview:
As our E-Commerce Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust e-commerce strategy, driving market share, enhancing customer experience, and maximising online performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a high-impact e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability
Manage marketplace operations and key platforms, including Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and Talabat.
Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and digital partners
Optimise product listings, content, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning
Lead performance marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns)with the key accounts.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Manage order flow, stock availability, and coordination with supply chain & operations
Monitor and report on key KPIs, driving continuous performance improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Skills & Expertise:
We’re looking for a results-driven digital commercial leader with:
Strong experience in E-commerce & FMCG (preferably supplements)
Proven track record in building and scaling online channels
Advanced knowledge of performance marketing & digital sales
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems & e-commerce tools.
