Lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Oversee procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders and clients.
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and change orders as required.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, to maintain accurate records.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.
