Edit and proofread translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, clarity, and readability. Prepare, update, and maintain databases of translated Chinese materials for easy reference and knowledge sharing. Participate in analytical meetings, technical discussions, and conferences when required to support communication. Technical Communication & Knowledge Transfer Act as a communication bridge between Chinese trainers/experts and production line technicians and operators to enhance knowledge transfer and operational understanding. Stay up to date with industry terminology, trends, and technical language usage relevant to the construction and manufacturing sectors. Confidentiality & Professional Ethics Maintain strict confidentiality and protect the privacy of all company and stakeholder information. Quality & Supplier Coordination Support Ensure inspections are conducted at all production stages—incoming, in-process, and outgoing—according to required quality standards and support the issuance of reports communicating defect rates. Confirm material defects with suppliers, obtain formal supplier acknowledgment and signatures, and support quality follow-up actions.
