Implement QC Plan, ITP and QC process Review all data obtained during all quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure consistency of production with company objective, policies and procedures. Selection and approval raw material sources with suitable cost. Design, development, optimization and testing standard concrete, high performance concrete and VAP.  Organize laboratory trials and Design mix trials result analyzation  Follow-up the raw material test results, strength log, trials result and calibration log.  Carry out Quality report.  Customer support on site if required. Technical development for QC Team  Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
