Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data. Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes. Skills & Technologies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
