Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objective
Analyze market trends and customer needs
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, KPIs, and provide actionable insights for improvements
Plan and execute marketing events and conferences
Coordinate content publishing across platforms (social media, email, website)
Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Track campaign performance using defined KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions, ROI)
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Highlight performance gaps and suggest improvements
Collect and analyze basic market data (competitors, trends, customer behavior)
Support decision-making with relevant insights
Act as the main coordination point with external marketing agencies
Share briefs, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
Review agency outputs (designs, content, campaigns) for brand alignment
Escalate delays or quality issues to the Marketing Manager
Maintain organized documentation of all agency deliverables
