Develop monthly content plans by translating the marketing strategy set by the Head of Content into actionable, platform-specific content calendars
Lead brainstorming sessions for assigned client accounts to generate creative content ideas and campaign concepts
Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify trending formats, hashtags, and content opportunities within each client's industry
Write captions, copy, and creative briefs for all content types (singles, carousels, reels, stories)
Brief videographers and designers on upcoming shoots and visual deliverables, ensuring alignment with the content plan
Review video edits against the approved content plan to ensure creative output matches strategic intent
Submit content plans to Account Managers for review, incorporate feedback, and finalize revisions within established timelines
Review monthly performance reports and share insights with the Account Manager to inform next month's content direction
Coordinate with designers on visual direction, copy placement, and brand consistency across all deliverables
Monitor content performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities for future content cycles
