Responsibilities:
Proactively engage in sales activities, identifying opportunities and driving growth.
Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct diligent follow-ups with customers regarding sent quotations.
Negotiate deals effectively to secure partnerships and achieve sales targets.
Efficiently handle all customer requests and orders.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams for seamless order fulfillment and planning.
Manage and resolve all customer inquiries with professionalism and speed.
Handle clients requests and submitting required quotations
Handle technical requirements of the clients
Follow up orders with clients
Follow up payments with clients
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
Help clients solve problems with installed materials
Recommend improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
Track and log all activities on CRM Software
Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products
Visit potential clients
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Persuading clients of our products that will best satisfy their needs
Calculating client quotations
Negotiating tender and contract terms
