Job Summary: The KIN HUB Event Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing children’s events such as birthday parties and themed activities within the nursery and program space. The role ensures a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for children and members. Responsibilities: Plan and organize children’s birthday parties and special events Coordinate themes, decorations, entertainment, and activity schedules Communicate with parents to understand event requirements and expectations Prepare event proposals, packages, and cost estimates (if applicable) Coordinate with internal teams (operations, F&B, housekeeping, etc.) Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Ensure safety standards and child protection guidelines are followed Manage event supplies and vendor coordination when required Handle on-site supervision during events Collect feedback and ensure member satisfaction
