Provide legal advice and consultation to various departments within the organization.
Draft and review contracts and agreements (local and international) to protect the MSMEDA’s rights.
Represent the organization before courts of all levels and prepare legal filings, statements of claim, and memoranda.
Follow up on ongoing cases and ensure timely execution of all required legal procedures.
Draft and review administrative decisions with legal implications.
Ensure that administrative procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct investigations into administrative violations and prepare legal reports.
Monitor relevant legislative updates and assess their impact on the organization’s operations.
Coordinate with judicial, regulatory, and governmental entities.
Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and contracts.
Provide legal support related to the Agency’s projects (financing programs, incubators, initiatives, etc.).
