Job Responsibilities
Review customer accounting transactions including invoices, returns, cash collections, receipts, and discounts against customer account statements.
Select samples of customers to conduct reconciliation and confirmation visits according to the approved weekly visit plan.
Prepare and present periodic reports related to audit activities, reconciliations, balance confirmations, identified issues, root causes, and preventive actions.
Prepare the required account adjustments and reconciliations to ensure alignment between actual and book balances according to approved policies, contracts, and procedures.
Analyze customer indebtedness including open invoices and outstanding checks.
Prepare aging reports for customer debts including invoices and checks.
Monitor overdue customer balances in terms of aging periods and values according to approved credit limits and payment terms.
Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Collection teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial accuracy.
Ensure proper documentation of audit findings and reconciliation records.

Account discrepancies and their causes.

Customer Debt Analysis Reports (Open Invoices & Checks).
Customer Aging Reports.
Overdue Customer Balance Reports based on approved credit periods and limits.
