Job Description   OPSBA (Oil Products Storage and Blending Alexandria) is seeking a Senior Projects & Maintenance Engineer to join its Projects & Maintenance team in Alexandria. The role is responsible for managing maintenance operations and engineering projects while ensuring HSSEQ compliance, asset integrity, operational reliability, and continuous improvement across facilities.   Key Responsibilities: Project & Maintenance Management Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Participate in engineering studies, technical evaluations, and cost estimations for new and ongoing projects. Review technical proposals, drawings, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with specifications. Support project preparation, execution, commissioning, and handover activities. Contractor & Execution Oversight Manage contractors’ performance in terms of safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, HSSEQ policies, and company procedures. Monitor execution activities and ensure proper documentation and reporting. HSSEQ & Compliance Ensure full compliance with HSSEQ policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Participate in safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Apply permit‑to‑work systems and support Management of Change (MoC) processes. Asset Integrity & Reliability Support asset integrity programs, inspections, and corrective actions. Monitor equipment performance and reliability to reduce downtime and improve availability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance strategies and reliability. Reporting & Coordination Prepare technical reports, KPIs, and performance updates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure effective execution.
