Job Summary:
AXON is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development ( Sales B2B Medical Insurance ) with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the medical insurance, healthcare, or TPA sector. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in field sales, door-to-door visits to corporate clients, and has worked previously as a broker or intermediary with medical insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
