Core function: Ensure smooth execution across projects, service delivery, logistics, and internal coordination.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee project operations planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Improve cross-functional execution between sales, engineering, procurement, and finance.
Track operational KPIs (delivery timeliness, cost control, utilization, quality).
Own process improvement and operational compliance to internal workflows.
Oversee daily operations across all business units to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices to support company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational enhancement and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals and market demands.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to support project delivery and business growth.
Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to improve service delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely procurement.
Prepare and present regular operational reports and insights to executive leadership.
