Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer (Sales Account Manager) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in marketing and selling advanced IT solutions, particularly in Data Center systems, Data Security, Networking infrastructure, Network Security, and System Integration. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise and government sectors.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, partner channels, and market analysis.
Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions including:
Data Center Infrastructure
Data security Solution.
Cybersecurity Solutions.
Networking & Infrastructure Systems
System Integration & Managed Services
Card personalization and mailing system.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution designs.
Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide regular performance reports.
