Key Responsibilities (Technical & Site)
Daily Supervision: Monitor on-site finishing works (flooring, painting, ceilings, and cladding).
Shop Drawings: Review and prepare detailed architectural shop drawings for execution.
Quality Control: Ensure all finishes meet project specifications and approved aesthetic standards.
Quantity Surveying: Calculate material quantities (BOQ) and track material consumption.
MEP Coordination: Align architectural finishes with electrical and plumbing installations.
Material Inspection: Verify that delivered materials match the approved samples.
Progress Reporting: Submit daily reports on work completion and site issues.
Key Skills
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Essential) and Revit/SketchUp (Preferred).
Attention to Detail: Precision in checking alignments, levels, and final touches.
Material Knowledge: Understanding of finishing materials (marble, wood, gypsum, etc.) and their installation.
Time Management: Meeting deadlines for different finishing phases.
Qualifications
Degree: B.Sc. in Architecture Only
Experience: 0–3 years in site finishing works.
