HR & Social Compliance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Egyptian Labor Law: Ensure 100% compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and governmental regulations.
Social Audits: Lead and prepare for international social compliance audits (e.g., WRAP, SMETA, etc.).
Policies & Grievances: Enforce fair labor practices and manage internal worker grievance channels.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in HR & social compliance (a manufacturing background is preferred).
Expert/thorough knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
Strong communication and audit preparation skills.
