Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the operations of a boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and maintaining the unique identity and high standards of the property. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and personalized service experience Develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to maintain high performance Monitor online reviews and maintain strong brand reputation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive bookings and brand awareness
