Supervise on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations

Budget & cost control
Prepare and monitor project budgets.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs.
Track expenses and ensure financial compliance.
Quality & Risk Management:
Identify projects risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
Maintain documentation and project reports.
Team Coordination:
Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
Coordinate with creative, design, production, and marketing teams.
