We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Officer to support the growth of CX (Customer Experience) and outsourcing solutions across enterprise and mid-market clients.
The role is responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and qualifying potential customers while working closely with the Sales and Presales teams to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
This position is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably within CX solutions, BPO, outsourcing, or technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients across target industries and markets
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with the company’s ICP
Lead Qualification:
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges
Qualify leads using structured frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar)
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Presales teams
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems
Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
Support sales campaigns and ABM initiatives for strategic accounts
Market & Client Insights:
Research CX, BPO, and digital transformation market trends
Identify new business verticals and partnership opportunities
Provide feedback to improve sales messaging and strategy
