Job Description:
We are building a high-performance outsourcing operation focused on the US, Canada, and European markets, delivering customer service, lead generation, and operational support to growing companies.
We are hiring a Director of Business Development to take full ownership of client acquisition and build our sales function from the ground up.
This is a founding role with a clear path to leading the entire revenue department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, establishing the sales process, and scaling the function into a structured team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business across US, Canada, and European markets
Identify, approach, and close clients for customer service and call center outsourcing
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Bring in initial clients within the first 90 days
Develop and execute outbound and inbound acquisition strategies
Build sales messaging, positioning, and targeting strategy
Work closely with leadership on growth and partnerships
Hire, train, and manage a sales team after initial traction
