. Accounts Payable (AP)
Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
Prepare and execute payments (cash, checks, bank transfers)
Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Monitor due dates and avoid late payments
2. Accounts Receivable (AR)
Issue customer invoices accurately and on time
Track incoming payments and update records
Follow up on outstanding balances and overdue accounts
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes
Prepare aging reports
3. Taxation
Prepare and submit tax returns
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations
Maintain proper tax documentation and records
. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Perform account reconciliations (GL, bank, suppliers, customers)
Analyze financial data and highlight variances
Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Handle daily banking transactions and reconciliations
Monitor cash flow and liquidity

Record journal entries and maintain general ledger
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
