Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time. Develop detailed material take-offs, quantity surveys, and cost estimates for finishing and decoration elements. Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and approvals related to architectural finishes and decorative components. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout all finishing activities. Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for finishing works. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and clarify design intent. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, verify installation quality, and address any discrepancies. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, photos, and technical records. Assist in value engineering and proposing alternative solutions to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
