Administrative Duties:
1. Prepare and organize administrative documents and files
2. Print and photocopy required documents
3. Manage and provide office supplies
4. Organize meetings and prepare minutes
5. Update contact and staff lists
Support Duties:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales and management team
2. Prepare periodic administrative reports
3. Oversee maintenance and general services for the showroom
4. Coordinate cleanliness and organization in the reception area
5. Assist in organizing events and functions
Customer Duties:
1. Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys
2. Prepare required documents for clients
3. Provide refreshments and services to clients while they wait
4. Treat all clients courteously and respectfully
5. Assist in registering customer complaints
